Ordering and shipping

We do not currently offer express shipping services.

Exchanges and returns

Returning an item is easy! Simply contact our customer support team with your order details, and they will guide you through the return process. Please make sure the item is in its original condition. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We're here to help every step of the way!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. The items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, and they will assist you with the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strive to make returns as easy and hassle-free as possible!

Yes, you can return items that are on sale! As long as they meet the conditions of our return policy—unused, in original condition, and within 30 days of purchase—you’re welcome to return them. Feel free to reach out if you need any assistance!

We currently do not offer a direct exchange option. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

We will only process the refund once the item has already arrived at our warehouse. It usually takes 3-7 working days for the return to reach us, depending on logistical processes. Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, it will take at least 2-3 business days for the funds to be transferred back to your bank.

As soon as we receive your order, we will immediately start packing and shipping so that we can deliver the products to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, unfortunately your order cannot be canceled once it has been placed.
